Our first foal of the year to arrive was a buckskin colored dun filly out of our point-earning mare, Prince's Bonanza Bar, and by our stallion, Secret Mr BarReed. She arrived early Tuesday morning, April 5th. She has a nice blanket chock full of spots, shoulder varnish marks, a partial sock on her left hind hoof, black points, shoulder barring, and a dorsal stripe.

This was our second foal to arrive this year. This colt, out of our medallion earning mare Dancing Cherub, and by our multiple medallion earning stallion Secret Mr BarReed, was born about 5 AM on Thursday, April 7th. He is a red dun with a dorsal stripe, shoulder and leg barring, has a huge blanket, from his withers to his hocks, with a few small spots in it, shoulder varnishing, a huge star, strip, and snip going well around his under lip and chin, and he also has 3 socks and tons of lightning mark on his legs. He is pictured, here, at about 2 1/2 hours old. His name is "R Secret Joe Medallion" (thanks, Lucy Hirsch!!), and he has earned over 53 1/2 ApHC points, to date (as of 11-4-07).

This was our third foal to arrive this year. This colt, born April 27, 2005, is out of our point-earning mare, R Plaudit's Calico Cloud, and by our multiple medallion earning stallion Secret Mr BarReed. He is a full brother to R Secret Wap May Spot, R Secret Anniversary, and R Little Dun Secret. He is a dark chestnut with a huge blanket, from his withers to his hocks, and a few small spots in it, shoulder varnishing, a huge star, strip, and snip going around his under lip and chin, and he also has 3 socks and tons of lightning marks on his legs. He is pictured, here, at about 10 hours old. His registered name is "R Secret Cloud Nine," and he has earned 16 ApHC points, to date (as of 11-4-07).

Obviously this is not a foal, but he's still one of our babies!

This Holstein bull calf was born around April 8th, and, yes, he was bucket fed! He is more interested in the horses than they are in him, and now has a heifer play mate.

This was our fourth foal to arrive this year. This colt, born May 19, 2005, is out of our friend's mare, Rakzan, and by our multiple medallion earning stallion Secret Mr BarReed. Rakzan is a full blooded Arabian and is a grand daughter of the famous Arabian stallion, Bask. Our colt is a bay with a small star, very thin strip, and snip on his under lip, and he also has 2 tall rear socks. He is pictured, here, at 4 days old, and he's built very well. His official name is "R Secret Bask On The Rak". He is a full brother to Secret Lover, owned by Sally Merkel. This colt is for sale for $1,200, and is registered Appaloosa (no color), and 1/2 Arabian registered through the AHRA. Endurance and CTR competitors; here's your great prospect!!!!

This was our fifth foal to arrive this year, and he is owned by Robin Green of Jefferson City, Missouri. This colt, born June 3, 2005, is out of an outside mare, M & D's Flicka Cody, and by our multiple medallion earning stallion Secret Mr BarReed. He is a red dun with shoulder barring, leg barring, a huge blanket from his withers to his hocks, with a few small spots in it, a huge star, strip, and snip going around his under lip and chin, and he also has 3 socks and tons of lightning marks on his legs. He is pictured, here, at about 5 hours old. Congratulations Robin and your husband, and Marlene Stevenson (your "baby" and Mister produced the foal you fully believed in)!!!!! This colt is sold!!

This was our sixth foal to arrive this year. This colt, born on June 7, 2005, is out of our point earning mare, WR's Miss Poca Priss, and by our multiple medallion earning stallion Secret Mr BarReed. He is a full brother to R Secret Mr Dun Walker, who we have for sale. He is a Red Dun with a huge blanket, from his withers to his hocks, several small spots in it, shoulder varnishing, a dorsal stripe, shoulder barring and leg barring, a huge star, strip, and snip going around his under lip and chin, and he also has 2 socks on the right and tons of lightning mark on his legs. We have hopes of him finishing up as a leopard, and he Indian shuffles, like his mother. He is pictured, here, at about 12 hours old. His registered name is "R Secret Lucky Seven", and his barn name is Patches.
